My interview with Joanna Hańderek (post-doctoral degree, prof.) published in “Vege” magazine
Sweet Sunday sunrise. Neither have to do anything nor go anywhere. Just standing still when life rushes like crazy. Teaching my thoughts to get some rest.
A child learns that something is either good or bad. This knowledge pushes them forward. An adult gets stuck in grey area.
My dad started to learn how to swim when he was already over fifty. Or, to be more precise, he started to teach his instructor to listen. My dad loved to talk too much. He was never ashamed to try new things, he did not care what others would think. He used to tell me: “do what you wanna do and do not worry about other people’s opinion.” Although it’s been a few years since he’s gone, I cultivate the courage to start over. To start with little pieces which finally combine into a harmonious whole.
A visit to the Warsaw University Library: books returned, time to relax in the Garden.
I was planning to create this post on July 6th – my birthday. It just so happens that Frida Kahlo used to celebrate her birthday on the same day (although she was born in a different year, obviously).
