My dad started to learn how to swim when he was already over fifty. Or, to be more precise, he started to teach his instructor to listen. My dad loved to talk too much. He was never ashamed to try new things, he did not care what others would think. He used to tell me: “do what you wanna do and do not worry about other people’s opinion.” Although it’s been a few years since he’s gone, I cultivate the courage to start over. To start with little pieces which finally combine into a harmonious whole.
